Leonard Walter Laurent Sr., was born February 14, 1941, to the late Walter and Mary Ella Laurent. He departed this life on July 23, 2021 at Our Lady of the Angels hospital in Bogalusa, La.
Leonard leaves to cherish his memories with his loving wife of sixty-five years, Ella Ruth Laurent of Bogalusa, La.; two sons, Michael (Gwen) Laurent of Sun, La and Andrew Laurent of Bogalusa, La; four daughters, Andrea Laurent, Ruby Gibson, Sheila Gibson and Tiffany (Tip) Jones all of Bogalusa, La; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Ella Laurent, three sons, Leonard Walter Laurent, Jr., Andre Laurent and Perry Laurent; three sisters, Audrey Faye Laurent, Margaret Ann Laurent Pittman and Beatrice Laurent; one great great grandson Rodic Bland Jr.; one great great Raelynn Bland.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
