Samantha Marie Magee

October 13, 1979 - May 16, 2021

Samantha Marie Magee, daughter of Jeanette Jackson & the late Nathaniel Jackson was born October 13, 1979 at the Charity Hospital in Bogalusa La.

She attended Bogalusa high school where she graduated with the class of 1997. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ at Browns Temple AOH church of God. Samantha was known for always having such a calm sweet spirit along with her welcoming smile.

She gained her heavenly wings on the morning of May 16, 2021 in Bogalusa la very peacefully at Our Lady of The Angels Hospital.

Samantha leaves behind many cherished memories to her loving daughter, Jasunna Westbrook; her mother, Jeanette Jackson; 3 devoted sisters, Sanchicaun (Jessie)Washington, Vernita Magee, Dawn Harris; her beautiful nieces; Zyi, Kita, Keyonna, Kemaya, Asia, Wess, Shana, Kedre, Aurora, Roro, Drika; her handsome nephews, Country & Willie; 3 great nieces, Kortlynn, Jaylee, & Demi; 2 great nephews, Jayden & D`vante; aunts, Geaniel Magee, Hattie Jackson Spencer (Johnny), Lorraine Magee, Uncles Craft Jackson Sr. (Sheryl), Willie Baggett; great aunt, Ruth Muse; great uncle, Charles Ray (Odessa) Brumfield; some incredibly special cousins, Alfonso, Catresa, Emily, Trey, Craft Jr., Shawn, Lakeetha, Ivy, Latoya, Margie, and a host of cousins, friends, & extended family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Nathaniel Jackson; her two brothers, Keith & Terrance Magee; her uncles, Benjamin Jackson, Johnny Magee; her aunts, Irene Baggett, Valarie Hammond & Diane Wilson.

Precious memories for a lifetime to cherish, we will miss your lovely smile and the love she showed to each and every one of us.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00pm Crain and Sons Funeral Home with Preacher Reginald Middleton from Gulfport, MS.
