Dudley Larue Sullivan
July 4, 1965 - July 22, 2017



DUDLEY LARUE SULLIVAN, AGE 52 and a resident of Franklinton died Saturday morning July 22, 2017 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. He was a longtime off-shore worker with Pride Drilling and other companies through the years. Dudley was a practical joker to those close to him and he also enjoyed playing softball. He cherished the time spent with his family and grandchild. Dudley was an avid Alabama football fan with his favorite saying being “Roll Tide”. He was always a down to Earth good-guy that would do anything for anybody in need.
Survived by: 2 Sons: Adam Sullivan, Blake Sullivan both of Franklinton; Granddaughter: Haylee Sullivan; 4 Brothers and Sisters in law: Greg and Erica Sullivan of Liberty, MS, Aubrey and Kelli Sullivan of Pine, Tuck and Marlene Sullivan of Franklinton,Pete and Audrey Sullivan of Loranger; Also numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a grandson Kayden Scott Sullivan and his parents Charles Sullivan and Elois Jones Sullivan.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Tuesday July 25th from 10 am until 3 pm. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Paul Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Crain’s Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
