Collin Owen Sorrell
December 21, 1971 – September 25, 2026
Collin Owen Sorrell a native and lifelong resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away on Friday morning at his residence at the age of 54. He was a Welder in the field of Construction.
He is survived by his mother, Sedonia Sorrell; brother, Durwin Sorrell; fiancé, Angela Stogner; her two sons, Justin Stogner and Josh Stogner; four nephews, B.B. Sorrell, Daniel Sorrell and his fiancé, Haley Blackwell, Matt Sorrell, and Peyton Sorrell; great nephew, Barrett Sorrell; great niece, Adleigh Sorrell; aunt, Patricia Sumrall and her son Kevin Sumrall.
He was preceded in death his father, Thomas Edward Sorrell, and brother, Blandon Edward Sorrell.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Larry Mizell officiating. Interment immediately following in the Seal Cemetery, Varnado, LA.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 11:00 A.M. until service time st 1:00 P.M.
