Charles (Chuck) Lynn Bracey, Jr.

September 6, 1957 ~ September 3, 2026 

Charles (Chuck) Lynn Bracey, Jr., born September 6, 1957 in Bogalusa, Louisiana, passed away surrounded by the love of those who meant the most to him.

Chuck has gone home to Heaven to be with his beloved parents, Sylvia Bracey and Charles Bracey, who preceded him in death. We find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, reunited with those he loved and watching over the family he cherished so deeply. His legacy of love will continue through the family he leaves behind.

Chuck was a loving husband, devoted father, and proud Papa. His family was the greatest source of joy and love in his life. He will be remembered for the love he gave so freely, the memories he created, and the special place he held in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife, Lori Lynn Bracey, with whom he shared a life filled with love, laughter, and treasured memories. He is also survived by Lori's parents, Martha Capozzi and Jeff Archer, who were an important part of the family he loved so dearly.

Chuck leaves behind his children: Aaron Sage Bracey; Brittany Lee Bracey and her wife, Nani Bracey; Christin Michelle Vance; and Deanna Grace Bracey and her husband, Allen Stepp.

He was a cherished Papa to his grandchildren, Ryot Bracey, Ada Vance, Charli Vance, Alyssa Stepp, and Ella Stepp. His grandchildren brought a special kind of happiness to his life, and the love he had for each of them will live on through the memories they made together.

He is also survived by his younger brothers, Dennis and Leslie Bracey; Todd and Patty Bracey; and Darryl and Julie Bracey. Chuck shared a lifelong bond with his brothers and their families, and the love, laughter, and memories they shared will remain a cherished part of their family's story.

Chuck will be deeply missed by his family and by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. Though he is no longer with us, his love, his memory, and the lasting mark he left on the lives of those he cherished will remain forever.

His family finds comfort in knowing that Chucks' life was filled with love and that the love he gave will continue through the family he leaves behind. He will always be remembered as a beloved husband, father, brother, father-in-law, and Papa.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
