Funeral Services for Edgar Cole Hall, age 87 and of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026, will be held, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 5, 2026 from 9:00 AM until service time at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Ponemah Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Bro. Beau Comeaux will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, MS and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Edgar retired from the United States Navy in 1980 and he was a Vietnam Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Cole Hall, Sr. and Audrey Perkins; and wife, Georgeanna Hall.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jennifer (Jose Luis) Villasenor, Helen McCune, and James Michael (Karen) Hall; grandchildren, Jerry Cutrer and Brandon Cutrer, Anjelica, Alberto, Beau McCune, Andrew Hall, Mackenzie Ammann and Ryan Hall; great grandchildren, Juan Luis, Julio Alberto, Aubrey, Mackenzi, Bailee, Bella, Caden, and Olivia; 1 great great grandchild, Santiago; and sister, Mildred (Richard) Foster.
McDonald Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Picayune, MS is in charge of arrangements.
