Astrid Elise Donaldson, the infant daughter of Mindy Netterville Donaldson and John Donaldson, III, was born into Heaven on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven, MS. We were so excited to meet you to begin a wonderful childhood of cherished memories, but we know you are one of God’s beautiful angels, with us everywhere we go. Saying goodbye is the hardest part, but we know we will be with you forever again one day.
She is also survived by: 2 loving big brothers: John Micheal Donaldson, Logan Donaldson; Grandparents: Jeff and Patricia Netterville, Rexann Wallace; Great-grandmother: Carolyn Hughes; Uncles and Aunts: Andrew and Samantha Netterville and their children Ella and James, Matthew and Taliah Netterville, Sandy Wallace, John and Nina Perret and their son Emmet; Also numerous extended family members and friends
She was preceded in death by her grandfather John Donaldson, Jr. and great-grandparents
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home (1109 Bene Street, Franklinton) on Tuesday July 14th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Tuesday with Rev. Basil Wicker officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunlight Baptist Church Cemetery.
