Clement Jude Guerra

December 16, 1943 - June 30, 2026

Clement Jude Guerra, age 82 and of Franklinton, La., passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, with his sister and niece by his side.  He was a native of New Orleans, La. and grew up in St. Bernard Parish until Katrina.  Clem then moved to Franklinton, La.  He was of the Catholic faith and a United States Army Veteran serving as a Sergeant.  Clement enjoyed working in his garden, fishing, deer hunting and giving away eggs from his chickens and vegetables from his garden.  He was very charitable and loved his work.  Clem retired as a heavy equipment operator and then as a Operator for the St. Bernard Pump House.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Guerra Sr. & Myrtle Crespo Guerra, brothers, Lawrence Guerra Jr., Raymond Guerra Sr., Lionel Guerra, James Guerra and Melvin Guerra Sr.

Clement is Survived by his Sister, Marilyn Costanza of Covington, La., two daughters, two granddaughters and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date with Military Honors.
