Glenda Faye Stewart

It is with profound sadness and deep love that the family of Glenda Stewart announces her passing on June 9, 2026, at the age of 79. She was born on September 13, 1946 in Bogalusa, LA. and was a graduate of Bogalusa High School Class of 1965.
She was a cherished daughter of Sam A. Stewart and Myrtle Ruth Stewart.
A guiding light to all who knew her. Glenda lived a life defined by boundless compassion, quiet strength and unwavering devotion to her family.
Above all, she found her greatest joy in being a mother. She was the heart of our home. Her legacy of love, wisdom, and resilience will forever be carried in the heart of her daughter.
She leaves behind her only child Rhonda K. Davis and special friend Sharon Colton.
Glenda was preceded in death by her father Sam A. Stewart, her mother Myrtle Ruth Stewart; two sisters Marie Jenkins, and Patricia Fussell; soulmate Charles R. Davis and wide circle of extended family and friends who were blessed to know her.
Per her wishes there will not be a service.
