21-Year-Old is Roseland Shooting Victim

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO), on behalf of the Roseland Police Department, is investigating a Wednesday (June 24, 2026) afternoon shooting incident that left one victim hospitalized. A local hospital alerted the TPSO that a 21-year-old man showed up to the ER with multiple gunshot wounds. He remains in critical, but stable condition today.

The investigation determined the shooting occurred on Sawdust Lane in the Town of Roseland. At this time, it appears the victim met a group of individuals at the location and, at some point, shots were fired. No additional injuries have been reported.

While deputies are actively working several leads in this investigation, they are asking for any additional information the public may have.
