Blaine Joseph Monistere
November 16, 2006 - April 9, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Blaine Monistere, our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Blaine was born on November 16, 2006 in Hammond, Louisiana.
He was a miracle from birth, because of his serious health conditions his family was told to enjoy their time with him, and he was given 6 months to possible a year to live. God had other plans for Blaine. He brought Blaine through numerous health battles and surgeries over his 19 plus years on this earth and was brought back from deaths door several times throughout his life.
He was blessed with a good and happy life where he enjoyed going for rides, listening to music, being outdoors, Christmas time, lights, spending time with his brothers, cousins, and friends that he dearly loved but most of all Blaine loved going to church to worship. On April 9 at 6am in the morning Blaine fought his final battle and was taken home to be with his Lord and Savior. He was surrounded and embraced by his family until the end.
Blaine is survived by his loving parents Jeremy and Tabitha Monistere, brothers Conner and Zebulun Monistere, grandparents George and Sharon Hartzog, Joe and Gwen Monistere and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Blaine’s Celebration of Life will be on April 11, 2026 from 10am to 2pm at Poole-Ritchie funeral home in Bogalusa, La with a graveside ceremony to follow at Miley Cemetery. Services will be conducted by Blaine’s grandfather and pastor Rev. George E. Hartzog and dear friend Rev. Rick Dickson.
