Emma Francilia “Frankie” Thompson

December 10, 1956 - December 23, 2025

Frankie Thompson, age 69, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Frankie is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 50 years Dave Emery Thompson, and their two sons; Dave Steven (Brandi) Thompson and Danny (Allison) Thompson.  She is also survived by her four grandchildren; Hayden (Sarah) Thompson, Gracie Thompson (Chandler), Wesley Thompson, and Peyton Thompson, and three great grandsons; Huck and Doak Kelley, and Myles Thompson.

She is further survived by her sister Lucy Elder and two sister-in-law’s Sherri Schilling and Jewel Miller, along with many nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Mack and Charlene Elder Sr., two sisters; Joy Frith and Mable Elder; a brother Mack Elder Jr., along with her in laws Emery and Billie Thompson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 9:00am until the service time of 12:00 noon at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel.  The Rev. Tommy Pittman will officiate and interment will take place at Pounds Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Hayden Thompson, Wesley Thompson, Chris Warner, Joey Arguelles, Michael Arguelles, Richie Miller and Byron Spears.  Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Bullen and Luke Elder.
