Wesley Franklin, age 41 and a resident of Sun, La, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024. Wesley’s passions and hobbies include: breeding snakes, building motorized bicycles, playing War of Warcraft, and drawing.
He is survived by his wife: Megan Franklin; son: Rhett Williams; a brother: Jeff Franklin (Nereida Vasquez); mother and father: Hillard & Dana Jenkins; an uncle: Chad Robertson; another uncle and aunt: Toni & Gary Benefiel; one nephew: Jadden Franklin; grandmother: Carolyn Robertson; dear friends: JayJay, Bryce, Charley, and Drue.
Wesley was preceded in death by his grandfather: Don Robertson.
Pallbearers include Rhett Williams, Drue Fetters, Hunter Adkins, Bradley Adkins, Bryce Hartlin, Hillard Jenkins, and Chad Robertson.
Brown-McGehee was entrusted with final arrangements. Visitation will start in the funeral home chapel at 10AM until time of service at 1PM. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
