Rayburn Correctional Center is happy to announce Master Sgt. Terry Mitchell as the Correctional Officer of the Month for October 2024 and Meia Conerly as the Support Employee of the Month for October 2024.
Warden Travis Day and RCC staffs presented MSgt. Mitchell and Meia their award and is proud to have both employees as part of the RCC team.
