She was introduced to Christ at an early age by her parents the late Walter Fox and Addrine Thomas Fox. She was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. She could walk in a room with her radiant smile and could bring immense joy, The Joy of the Lord was her strength. Her favorite quote was “May the Work I’ve Done Speak for Me.”
Cooking was a passion, she absolutely loved it, especially during the holidays. Her family would gather in large groups during this time of the year and the desserts and dishes that she prepared were some of the most anticipated. She dedicated over 26 years of service to the Bogalusa City School. She served as the Cafeteria Manger at Byrd Avenue Primary School.
She was a virtuous woman with integrity and enjoyed testifying about the goodness of the Lord. She would often say, “Have you tried Jesus?” She was prayer warrior and a soul winner that led others to Christ. She truly made a difference with her unconditional love.
