Rickie Karl Stier, age 70 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away Tuesday evening July 16, 2024 at Riverside Medical Center. He was born on March 11, 1954, a native and longtime resident of New Orleans and had lived in Franklinton for the last 35 years.
