Washington Parish Youth Coalition members joined forces with the Franklinton Police Department and Main’s Supermarket manger, Austin Main, to implement the National Sticker Shock Campaign on Thursday, May 31, 2024.
This campaign is aimed at educating, informing, and reminding the public that it is against the law to purchase alcohol for underaged individuals. Stickers were placed on windows and walls at Main’s Supermarket in Franklinton, LA.
We would like to thank Mr. Main for his compliance with and support of Louisiana law RS 14:93.11, the Franklinton Police Department, and the Washington Parish Youth Coalition students for helping enforce this program.
