Everly Grey Pilkington

January 16, 2024 - March 30, 2024

Everly Grey Pilkington was born on January 16, 2024 and went to her Heavenly home on Saturday March 30, 2024. She was such a happy baby and brought so many smiles, to everyone that surrounded her, with her coos and smiles. Everly was, still is, and always will be so loved. She knew it and expressed it with her beautiful blue eyes and beautiful smile. The family knew she loved each of us. Two months and two weeks of pure innocent love and happiness, that God blessed us all to share. Everly will forever be cherished and always with us in our heart and souls. She passed away in her sleep in her grandparents’ home surrounded by her parents and people she loved.

She is survived by: Parents: Kiley Sharpe and Joshua Pilkington; 16 Month Old “Big” Brother: Carter Pilkington; Grandparents: Johnny and Sheila Pilkington, Shaylon and Charley Sharpe, Amanda and Guy Miller; Aunts: Haley Stephens, Laken Sharpe, Reese Miller, Emma Sharpe, Amelia Sharpe; Uncles: DannyLee Pilkington, Tyler Pilkington, Gabe Miller, Waylan Mizell; Great-grandparents: Gary and Debbie Smith, James and Tara Woodward, Linda Taylor and fiancé Jim Dumas, Dale and Sheila Miller, Danny and Brenda Fleming, Edward Pilkington, Lille Arthur; Great-great-grandparents: Clara Kennedy, Rhonda Miley, Margie and Charles Swan; Great-great-great-grandmother: Dee Pool; Great-aunt: Lisa Morgan; Also numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins from Louisiana, Tennessee and Alabama

She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Patrick and Cathy Branch, great-grandmother Agnes Terrell, great-grandfathers Major Pilkington, Dewayne Arthur, uncle Brandon Lytle, great-great-grandmothers Emma Sharpe, Betty Nails, great-great-grandfathers R.J. Kennedy, Leroy Smith, J.S. Woodward, great-uncle Larkey Gilmore, great-great-uncle Robert Kennedy, great-cousin Luke Branch.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home (1109 Bene Street, Franklinton) on Friday April 5th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Friday with Rev. Trey Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Star Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
