Christy Maples Williams

December 15, 1988 - April 23, 2024

Christy Maples Williams, age 35 and a resident of Mount Hermon, passed away Tuesday afternoon April 23, 2024 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS following a brief illness. She worked at Chevron on Hwy 10 in Bogalusa and had also worked at different stores in Franklinton and around the area. Christy was a graduate of Jackson Christian Academy in Jackson, LA and she enjoyed listening to her favorite music and hanging out with her friends. Christy always had a big heart and genuine love for others, so following her death she was able to share the gift of life to others through the act of organ donation.

Survived by: Husband: Bobby Ray Williams; Parents: Timothy Maples and Melissa Miller Maples; Brothers: Austin Blake Maples, Jared William Maples; Grandparents: Billy Maples, Harvey and Emma Lee Miller; Also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Peggy Pickering Maples.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday April 29th from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am Monday with Rev. Calvin Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Maples Cemetery.
