Robert Louis McNeese
February 26, 1952 - November 10, 2023
Robert McNeese, age 71, passed away at Forest Manor in Covington, La, on November 10, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Washington Parish. Mr. Robert was a member at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church, but enjoyed visiting Trinity Baptist and Oak Grove Baptist Church. He loved spending his time attending auctions and Cruising the Coast.
He is survived by his significant other: Mary Wallace; one son and daughter-in-law: Christopher “Dale” and Stella McNeese; six grandchildren: Summer Jenkins, Christopher Fisher, Destyni McNeese, Chambrae Thames, Austin Holden, and Riley McNeese; a great-grandchild: Ace Jenkins; one brother: Darryl (Anita) Jones; a sister: Mildred Whitehead; his former wife and the mother of his child: Bobbie J. McNeese; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Mr. Robert was preceded in death by his parents: John and Mary McNeese; two brothers: Larry McNeese and Kenny McNeese; and two sisters: Johnny Ann McNeese and Barbara Vaughn.
Brown-McGehee Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements. Services will be on November 12, 2023 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 3:00 PM.
