This morning, we received an email from Ms. Shawn P. Smith, the Public Information Officer with 22nd JDC District Attorney Warren Montgomery’s Office that relayed the following statement from J. Collin Sims, 1st Assistant District Attorney.
“It is with tremendous sadness that I report the passing of District Attorney Warren Montgomery. The family will issue a statement over the coming days.”
