Timothy "Timmy" John Williams

July 6, 1986 - September 19, 2023

Timothy John Williams, also known as “Timmy”, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in Lafayette, LA, at the age of 36. He was born on July 6, 1986, in Bogalusa, LA. Timmy was a beloved father to his son, Aiden, and held a special place in the hearts of his numerous nephews and nieces.

Timmy is survived by his father, Timothy Williams; his grandfather, Vernon Freeman; his aunt, Helen McNabb; his brother, Micheal Carroll; and his sisters, Tabitha Jackson, Samantha Williams, Virginia Williams, and Brandy Carroll. 

Timmy was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Carroll; his grandmothers, Hilda Freeman and Mary Helen Creel; and his aunt, Amy Carroll.

Timmy had a successful career in construction, where he dedicated his time and skills. He was passionate about his work and took pride in every project he completed.

In his free time, Timmy enjoyed hanging out with his nieces and nephews, fishing, and working. He cherished the moments he spent with his loved ones and created lasting memories with them.

Timmy was a member of the Superior Ave Baptist Church, where he spent most of his days growing up.

The funeral arrangements will be handled by Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa, LA. The funeral home will assist the family in paying tribute to Timmy and ensuring that his final wishes are honored.

Timothy John Williams, or “Timmy” as he was affectionately known, will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. May his soul rest in peace.
