Bogalusa “Fuel Pump Shooter” Arrested

The Bogalusa Police Department reported yesterday (August 6, 2023) that Kaid Elliott was identified as
the “fuel pump shooter” and was arrested. 

A day earlier, the BPD had requested the public's assistance in identifying the person (in the picture) suspected of shooting the fuel pump at the Jr. Food Mart. After shooting the fuel pump, the suspect had fled the scene. No one was hurt during the incident.

The BPD report states, “A job well done to our Facebook followers and to our dedicated Officers of the Bogalusa Police Department and Deputies of the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office!”

Elliott was located at his residence and arrested without incident. The firearm suspected to be used was also located at Elliot’s residence during the execution of a search warrant.
