Vincent Paul Listi

June 30, 1947 - July 8, 2023

Vincent Paul Listi, age 76, passed away peacefully Saturday morning July 8, 2023. He was born on June 30, 1947 and grew up in Berwick, LA before graduating from St. Charles Catholic School. Vince then joined the United States Air Force and served his country during the Vietnam War. Upon being discharged, he moved to California, where he spent most of his adult life. Vince later moved to Washington Parish to be near his family and would become a member of Stony Point Missionary Baptist Church. He really enjoyed spending time with his nephews and nieces watching LSU and other sports on TV. Vince has resided in the Louisiana War Veterans Home in Jackson, LA for the last 6 years and made many dear friends, often visiting and sharing stories over the good-quality cigars he would share with his grateful buddies.

Survived by: 2 Sisters and a Brother in law: Rosemary Graham of Mt. Hermon, Julaine and Jerry Bortz of The Woodlands, TX; Brother: Renan Listi of Signal Hill, CA; 8 Nieces and Nephews and their families; Also survived by other extended family members and his friends at the LA War Veterans Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents Luke Listi and Verlie Lamury Listi, brother in law Alan Graham and a nephew Beau Listi

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at Stony Point Missionary Baptist Church (37030 Hwy. 10, Franklinton, LA) at 2:30 pm Saturday July 22nd.
