George Coleman Stiles

February 9, 1949 - June 3, 2023

George Coleman Stiles, age 74 and a native of Bush, Louisiana, passed away on June 4, 2023. 

George was a heavy equipment operator by trade. George also raised champion fox dogs and worked around the county as a field trial judge. 

He was preceded in death by his wife: Sharon Crawford Stiles; his mother: Eva Stiles; his father: Tex Stiles; a brother: Donald Gene Parker of Glenmora La.; one nephew: Chris Parker of Glenmora, La.; a great-nephew: William Lane Parker Jr. 

George is survived by his sister-in-law: Miron Myers Parker of Glenmora; nephews: Donald Gene Parker II and wife, Jean of Glenmora La., and William Lane Parker and wife, Lori of Lafayette, La.; and a niece: Michell Parker of Glenmora, La.; and numerous other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 10am - 1pm at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home with the service beginning at 1PM. Reverend Otho Schillings will be officiating and interment will immediately follow service at Thomas Cemetery in Talisheek La.
