Debra "Debby" Annette Fowler Craft
August 6, 1957 - June 22, 2023
Debra "Debby" Annette Fowler Craft, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the age of 65. Debby was a faithful member at Pettitt Memorial Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed a long career working first at Clay’s Jewelers and then in the billing department at the various incarnations of the Bogalusa hospital. She also worked for a long time as a volunteer firefighter for District 7. Debby loved helping others and was always quick on her feet and knew what to do in a crisis.
Debby is survived by her sister, Jackye (Phil) Murray and brother, David Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Debby was preceded in death by mother, Millie Pounds Fowler; father, Jack “Buck” Fowler; brother, Richard Fowler, Sr.; and a nephew, Richard Fowler, Jr.
Services will be at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home and Crematory in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at 2:00 pm until time for the service at 3:00 pm with services being conducted by Debby’s longtime beloved pastor Bro. Tommy Pittman. Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
