Hollis A. Adams
January 22, 1944 - May 31, 2023
Mr. Hollis A. Adams, a life-long resident of Isabel, LA, passed away peacefully at his daughter’s residence on May 31, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. Hollis was drafted by the Army in 1965 during the Vietnam War. He was stationed in Karlsruhe, Germany after completing basic training, where he became a welder. After returning home to his family and newborn son, he worked on the northbound span of the causeway and the Mobile Bay bridge, along with other bridges and different construction. Hollis was an outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. After retiring, he mainly fished and made a garden big enough for the community. He always sowed much more than he could ever consume, so he gave it away.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Enhabit Hospice Company of Columbia, MS, and their staff.
