WANTED by Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office: Non-Compliant Sex Offenders

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is asking the public's assistance in locating three non-compliant sex offenders.

Chief Jimmy Travis reports 61 year old Adam Kuglar of Ponchatoula, 59 year old Floyd Williams of Hammond, and 47 year old Ezra Davis of Independence are all wanted by the TPSO for failing to register as a sex offender.

A sex offender is defined as anyone who has committed sexual violence towards a minor or an adult. Registered sex offenders are generally separated into three different categories depending on the severity of the sex offense committed and how many times they have committed the sex offense. These factors determine how often the offender must register.
