Three Wanted in Tangipahoa Parish for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is asking the public's assistance in locating three subjects for
failure to register as sex offenders. Chief Jimmy Travis reports the TPSO Sex Offender Compliance Office is currently searching for:

- Zenica L. Shelvin (aka "Zenia L. Harris") - 41 yoa, B/F

- Thomas Edmond James (aka "Tom James") - 62 yoa, W/M

- Clyde Williams-Baker (aka "Clyde Baker") - 44 yoa, B/M

Chief Travis says all three subjects are required to "check-in" with the Sex Offender Compliance Office on a periodic basis, a predetermined schedule based on the crimes of which they are convicted. Shelvin and James are both Tier II offenders, meaning they are required to register every 6 months, while Williams-Baker is Tier III which requires him to register every 3 months.
