Ina Breland Davidson

December 25, 1948 - April 13, 2023

Ina Breland Davidson passed away Thursday April 13, 2023, at her home in Bush, LA., surround by her family. Ina loved to play basketball and was an all-state player in high school. She went on to coach little league girls’ softball at the recreation center in Bush, LA. forming lifelong, irreplaceable friendships. Writing and photography were some of her favorite pastimes but most often she was content to be on her farm with her animals especially Nickel and Cupcake. She was most recently a member of First Baptist Church of Sun, LA.

Ina is survived by her partner Mr. Walter Pierce. One son Shane Beall. One Brother Garland O. Breland. Grandchildren Justice, Sawyer and Jake Beall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Robert “Bobby” Breland, Juli Barre’, Kayla Glover, and Charlotte Levi. 

She is preceded in death by her parents James “Jake” Edward Breland and Mary Elizabeth O’Berry Breland.

Memorial services will be held at Brown McGehee Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Visitation begins at 1PM until service time at 3 PM. Interment immediately following at Grantham Cemetery in Bush, LA.
