Jimmy F. Cannon, a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, LA. He was born August 28, 1949 in and was 73 years of age. 

He is survived by his wife, Sadie Grice Cannon; son, Darren “Pete” Cannon (Sybil); granddaughter, Phoebe Cannon; grandson, William Cannon; siblings, Larry Cannon (Lavelle), Terry K. Cannon (Pam), Randy Cannon (Wanda), Marty Cannon, Nola Ranum (Todd), and Sammy Smith. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Earl Keith Cannon and Bonnie O’Bryant Smith; nephew, Ryan Cannon. 

Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM on Thursday and from 10:00AM until religious services at 2:00PM on Friday, March 31, 2023. Services conducted by Dr. Danny Smith. Interment Dees Cemetery, Kentwood, LA.
