Quilts shown, and many more (as far back as the late 1800's), are on exhibit at the Varnado Store Museum (located at 936 Pearl Street in Franklinton, Louisiana) until the end of February.
The exhibit and museum viewing is FREE OF CHARGE (donations are accepted). Hours of operations are Saturday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and on Sunday 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. throughout the year with few exceptions of holidays.
Come out and view this special treat from the past and into the future of quilting and various other things found in an old time general store!!
