Delores Davis

June 25, 1959 - February 10, 2023

Delores Davis was born on June 25, 1959, to Roxie and Mouton Davis Sr. in Franklinton, Louisiana. On February 10, 2023 Delores was called to her eternal resting place. 

Delores gave her heart to God at an early age and welcomed him in her life every step of the way. She later rededicated her life to the Lord as an adult upon joining Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas

Delores graduated from Franklinton High School in 1977. Delores was a mother of five kids, daughter Crystal Davis, son Corey Davis, daughter Chasity Davis, son Cubert Davis, and daughter Chandria Davis. She had a passion for humanity and loving all those around her. She cared deeply for the wellbeing of others before herself and welcomed people into her life with opened arms.

She was preceded in death by her mother Roxie Davis, father Mouton Davis Sr, brother Mouton Davis Jr and daughter Chasity Davis.

Delores leaves to cherish her memories her children Crystal Davis, Corey Davis(LaQuita), Cubert Davis, Chandria Davis. Her Grandchildren Chaszion Davis, Corey Davis Jr.  Landyn Davis, & Kieya (bonus granddaughter).Also, her siblings Leonard Wilson(Linda), Bobbie Crain(Willie), Norma Bickham(Roshell), Shirley Davis, James Davis, Veronica Westbrook, Valarie Loyd(Louis),Terry Davis, bonus daughter Brittany Weathers and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00AM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton with Rev. Terrence August - Officiating. Interment will be held at the Toomer Memorial Garden Cemetery. 

Crain and Sons Funeral Home, Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
