Michael Ramsey

August 12, 1957 - January 16, 2023

Michael Ramsey died at Rest Haven Living Center at the age of 65 on Monday, January 16, 2023. He was born August 12, 1957 in Bogalusa Louisiana to Fayetta Lee Henry.

Micheal was a loving person who loved his family very much. He would often call his relatives on a daily basis to check on them, until he became ill. He often spoke of his daughter and how much he loved her and would show her pictures to anyone that would come to visit him.

He is survived by his one and only child, Lakesha (Perry) Starling; one granddaughter, Mya Starling; two brothers, Wesley Donnell Magee, and Edward Bren Lee; one sister, Yolander (Philip) Taylor; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Corrine Lee; his mother, Fayetta Henry; one sister, Kathlyn Burnett Lynch and one brother, Caleb Wade Huff.

The Funeral Service will at 1:00 PM on January 28, 2023 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana.
