Washington Parish is Now a "Storm Ready Parish"

Washington Parish Government, through the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, has received recognition as being "STORM READY" by the National Weather Service. Washington Parish is 1 out of 24 parishes throughout our 64 Parish state to be so recognized. Lauren Nash of the National Weather Service presented the "Storm Ready Parish" sign.
