Hillary Lee Harris

June 11, 1957 - November 7, 2022

Hillary Lee Harris, age 65, was born June 11,1957 to Eddie Lee Harris, Sr. and Lucille Harris in Bogalusa, LA and departed this life on November 7, 2022.

Hillary accepted Christ at a young age. He attended Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church. He worked for the City of Bogalusa for 36 years and retired in 2010.

Hillary was preceded in death by his parents Eddie Lee Harris Sr. and Lucille Harris; two brothers Eddie Harris Jr. and Johnny Harris; two sisters Ruby Manning and Ruth Lewis.

Hillary leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Yvette Bearden Harris, one son Hillary Williams both of Bogalusa, LA; three step children Jamia (Micheal) Marks, and Javontae Bearden both of Bogalusa, LA; Lakelia Bearden of Houston, TX; three sisters  Lucinda(Eldry) Guyes of LaPlace, LA, Bonnie H. Bell  and Dora G. Harris of Bogalusa, LA; four brothers Bobby E. Harris and Richard Harris of Bogalusa, LA, Ike ( Edna)Harris of Baton Rouge, LA  and Edgar (Pam) Harris of Tampa, Fl.; eight step grandchildren:  Jyren Bearden, Jamiya Brown, Jaylah Bearden, Keiman Robertson, Lance Jackson, Mariyah Mark , Aliyah Bearden, Kash Bearden; one step niece Mary Brown of Bogalusa, LA; one sister-in-law Phyllis Strawder; three brothers-in-law Jumetrus Bearden, Chris Penton and Keereem Warner and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.  

The Drive Through Viewing will be 4:00PM-6:00PM Friday, November 18, 2022 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home-Bogalusa, LA.

Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home-Bogalusa, LA. Interment will be at Robinsons Cemetery.
