Travis Smith

July 26, 1996 - September 16, 2022

Travis Michael Smith passed away on Friday morning, September 16, 2022, at his home in Angie, LA. Travis loved being outdoors, fishing, archery, and hunting. He was a lover of all things God created including his precious family.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of three years: Mary Smith; his mother: Angela Smith (Buddy); grandparents: Hershel and Clydell Morris “Paw and Maw” and Walter Warren “Pop”; two aunts: Christina Ponthieux and Michelle “Beav” Smith; two cousins: Patrick Smith and Jennifer Ponthieux; a mother-in law and father-in-law: Carrie and Randy Lott; two sister-in-laws: Destiny Cooksey (Josh) and Autumn Lott (Wilson); nieces and nephews: Hazel Lott, Maggie Lott, Trinity Cooksey, and Timothy Cooksey; and a host of other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Mary Goodman; and Paw-Paw Smith

John 14:1-3 “Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house there are many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.”

Services will be at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on September 25, 2022. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the Memorial Service at 1:00 PM.
