Sherri Lynne McClendon Pittman

Sherri Lynne McClendon Pittman of Bogalusa, Louisiana passed away on August 21, 2022 at the age of 69.
Sherri leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband John “David” Pittman, Jr., her mother Betty Bond McClendon, her children; Donna and Darrell LaSalle, Jr., Jodi and Suzie Pittman, Mallorie Pittman and Richard Pittman, as well as her grandchildren; Kore Altentaler, Erin Pittman, Jasper LaSalle, Ian Pittman and Kloie Altentaler, her brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Vicki Pittman, Marty and Don Ledbetter, Sherion and Wayne Busby, Sharon McClendon.
Sherri is preceded in death by her father W.H. McClendon, daughter Leigh Anne Ladner, great grandchild Kambree Altentaler and brother Greg McClendon, her sister and brother-in-law Joyce and Joe Sewell.
Sherri was a nurse for several years, had a love for and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and has a passion for LSU Football and Baseball. She leaves behind her Maltipoo, Brodie to whom she dearly loved.
She will be missed by many.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at Emmanual Baptist Church.
Bagnell & Son Funeral Home in Covington, Louisiana is in charge of arrangements.
