District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on Wednesday (August 31, 2022), a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted 41 year-old Tristian James Foster of Covington of 1 count of first-degree rape wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, 1 count aggravated crime against nature wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, and 1 count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
There were 2 victims aged 8 and 11 when the abuse took place in Covington, Louisiana between 2021 and 2022. Detective Katie Robbins with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office investigated the case and Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
