“Washington Parish Government will be accepting SEALED BIDS on used, surplus equipment until 10:00 a.m. on Friday July 1, 2022. Each bid should be submitted on our “Official Bid Form” clearly identifying the piece of equipment, amount of bid, bidder’s name and contact information and should be enclosed in a sealed envelope. Official bid forms are available at Washington Parish Government’s Administrative Office located at 909 Pearl Street, Franklinton, LA, or may be requested by email at email@example.com. The sealed envelope should be plainly marked on the outside with the following information:
• “sealed bid – Surplus Property Sale”
• Equipment number or numbers
Bids should be delivered to the Washington Parish Government Administrative offices located at 909 Pearl Street in Franklinton, LA, no later than 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2022.
