Na'Colby Desmon O'Neal Thomas

May 1, 2001 - May 20, 2022

Ne’Colby Desmon O’Neal Thomas was born on May 1, 2001, to Sandra Thomas and Clyde Smith.  He departed his life on May 19, 2022—sadly before he even had a chance to begin living.  Ne’Colby was a very special individual to all he met and encountered.  He never, ever met a stranger.  He was loved by everyone; and was the life of his family.  Ne’Colby loved music and to dance and being around his family and friends.

Ne’Colby leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Sandra Thomas; his father, Clyde Smith; four sisters, Shondrika Thomas, Tytiana Crumedy, Clydecierra Smith, and Clydedericca Smith; one brother, Clyde Smith, Jr.; one nephew, Jordan Magee; two nieces, Alicia Thomas and Alaysia Thomas; seven aunts, Michella (Rickey) Gibson, Rachel (Kevin) Thomas, Latasha (Byron) Thomas, Tina (Whollie) Smith, Rachel Smith, Keisha Smith, and Monique Peters; five uncles, Brian Thomas, Mark Thomas, Anthony Smith, Clyde Peters, and Richard Gibson; one grandmother, Julie Smith; two grandfathers, Clyde Rayford and Sanders Hughes; thirty-eight cousins, and numerous individuals who are very special and near and dear to his heart, including his counselor, Ms. Tammy May-Gray and Dionne (Derrick) Peters.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jessie Mae Thomas; three uncles: Richard Gibson, Mark Thomas, and Anthony Smith; two great grandmothers: Hattie Mae Thomas and Mary L. Rayford; and one great grandfather.

Drive through Friday, June 3, 2022, from 4:00 pm -6:00 pm at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, Bogalusa. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home.  Interment Bogalusa Cemetery. Crain and Sons Funeral Home-Bogalusa in charge of arrangements.
