Mary Miley
February 2, 1950 - September 2, 2021
Mary Miley, age 71 and a resident of Pine, died Thursday, September 2, 2021 at her residence.
She worked for several years at Hammond State School as an aide and later at Campbell’s in Lumberton. She enjoyed relaxing, cooking for her family and gardening.
Survived by: Husband: Homer Jarrell of Pine; Daughter and son in law: Yvonne and Leslie Luper of Pine; 3 Sons: Leroy Dillon, Scott Dillon both of New York, Roy Lee Burnthorn of Pine; Brother: Richard Jarrell of Pine; Numerous sisters; 6 Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Miley, sons Lance Powell and Clayton Burnthorn and her parents Nick and Ruby Jarrell.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9 AM until 11 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Edward Penton officiating. Burial will follow in the Midway Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
