Edward Merril Granger, a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at his home. He was born September 27, 1966 in Independence, LA and was 54 years of age.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Melissa Granger; 2 daughters, Brandy Granger and Desiree Granger; 9 grandchildren, Chasity Granger, Braden Pfisterer, Edward Granger,II, Cayden Granger, Raelynn Rager, Lakota Granger, M.J. Rager, Lalana Granger and Latrinity Granger; sister, Becky Granger; 6 brothers, Gary McCarroll, Jack “Catfish” Granger, Jules Granger, David Granger, Bill Granger and Doug Granger; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Marjorie Granger; daughter, Dawn Granger; sister, Barbara Morgan; 2 brothers, Earl McCarroll and J.L. Granger.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM on Thursday and from 9:00AM until religious services at 2:00PM on Friday, August 20, 2021. Services conducted by Rev. David Cutrer. Interment Arcola-Roseland Cemetery, Arcola, LA.
