I would like to express my sincere concerns and safety measures to the citizens of Franklinton. I know that you have experienced unprecedented challenges concerning the spread of the COVID-19 and Delta virus. I am praying for those who are sick and those who have lost a loved one to this pandemic. As a community, we will get through this together.
