Obituary

Terry Percle, Sr.

May 20, 1955 - July 24, 2021

Terry Percle, Sr., age 66 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away Saturday night July 25, 2021 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Harvey, LA where he worked as a diesel mechanic and was the owner/operator of Percle’s Diesel for many years. The family made a job-related move to Granbury, TX for 10 years before settling in Franklinton in 2016. Terry was a true “Car Guy” that loved fast cars, race cars and he owned several Chevrolet Corvettes through the years. He enjoyed working on his cars and watching car races and car shows on TV. Terry also enjoyed bass fishing and spending time with his family, as he was a good daddy to his four sons and grandchildren.

Survived by: Wife: Jeanne Trosclair Percle; 4 Sons and a Daughter in law: Michael and Marian, Donald, Terry, Jr., Adam; 3 Grandchildren: Veronica and Terrence, Samantha, David and Camryn; 3 Great-grandchildren: Grey, Rosalina, Jeremiah; an expected great-grandchild; Brother and Sister in law: Gary and Barbara Percle; 2 Sisters and Brothers in law: Paula and Spouse, Pamela and Watson Beard; Mother in law: Shirley Goodman; Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Louis Percle and Laura Bell Rome Percle and father in law Don Goodman.

A memorial service for his family and friends will be planned in the near future.
