A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the area. They're calling it Potential Tropical Cyclone Three. Heavy rainfall ranging from 4 to 10 inches with locally higher amounts, coastal inundation of up to 3 feet, and tropical storm force winds are possible in the warned area. Tropical storm conditions are expected to begin Friday.
