Jason Charles Fazekas
August 29, 1978 - March 7, 2021
Jason Charles Fazekas, age 42 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away Sunday March 7, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 29, 1978 in New Orleans then grew up in Washington Parish before graduating from Mount Hermon High School in 1997. Jason worked off-shore and for Gill Water Well for several years. He was currently a mechanic and transmission apprentice at Bill Hood Chevrolet in Covington. Jason was a member of First Baptist Church of Franklinton. He was always quick to help out his parents around the house or working in the yard. Jason was a great, loving dad to his young son and he cherished the time they spent together. He always enjoyed being with his family and he will be missed by all those that knew him.
Survived by: Son: Luke Kevin Fazekas and his mother Lindsey Ann Fleming; Parents: Charles Wayne and Judie D. Fazekas of Franklinton; Sister: Holly Ann Fazekas of Folsom; Also two aunts, many dear cousins and friends
He was preceded in death by his brother Kevin Wayne Fazekas and his grandparents.
A memorial service for his family and friends will be planned at a later date.
