Diane Dykes Strickland

Diane Strickland, a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. She was born April 25, 1944 in Franklinton, LA and was 76 years of age.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Roux and husband Jimmy; son, Roger Dale Hyde and wife Gay Denise Hyde; daughter, Vickie Randol and husband Mark; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Mickey Dykes and wife Pat; 1 sister, Janie Smith and husband Kendall; sister, Mary Tate and husband Henry.
Preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lexie Dykes; husband, Charles D. Strickland; son, Timothy Douglas Hyde; brother, Kenneth Ray Dykes; sister, Betty Lou Brooks; grandson, infant Singleton.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM on Friday and from 9:00AM until 11:00AM on Saturday, March 20, 2021at East Fork Baptist church. Religious Services at East Fork Baptist Church at 11:00AM on Saturday. Interment Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery, Osyka, MS.
