During last week's severe weather, Washington Parish workers were out clearing roads, cutting trees, and sanding bridges for the safety of parish residents. Parish President Richard Thomas and Council members commended their efforts at the meeting of the Parish Council Monday (February 22, 2021) evening. Some of their comments are presented below.
