Washington Parish 4-H LBIC Beef Poster Contest

Washington Parish 4-H advises that it is Poster Time! All 4-H members in the 4th-12th grade are highly
encouraged to take part in this poster contest. Not only do you have a chance to win $$ but you will learn valuable information regarding the beef industry as a whole.

Posters are due in February on the date set by school 4-H clubs. Go to https://bit.ly/2KP3W8e for the complete list of rules.

Keep this in mind

  • The 2021 LBIC Beef Poster Contest Theme is GREEN BEEF. Participants will design a poster or digital design promoting the theme GREEN BEEF. The green beef theme surrounds the concept that beef is healthy, nutritious and environmentally friendly.
  • Posters must be on “22 x 28” poster board.
  • Posters and digital designs should generate positive images and promotion of beef (not live cattle production) using the indicated theme. Posters should promote beef without projecting any negative messages towards other agricultural commodities (chicken, pork, etc.).
  • DO NOT use copyrighted materials
